• Familiarity with Atomic Design and related tools or frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with modern Atomic Design workflows and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Steer a mid-level review toward decisions instead of opinions about decisions.
• Trace a thread from Valero Energy values to the smallest UI detail.
• Write, edit, and shape copy that reflects Valero Energy's voice and values.
• Prototype interactions in Atomic Design and refine them through usability testing.
• Fold accessibility into the first sketch, not the final QA pass.
• Drill into analytics to learn which creative actually moved the creative needle.
• Contribute to and help evolve Valero Energy's design system and component library.
