Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Color Separator for its Innovation Design Center in Columbus, OH.

You will prepare color separations for screen printing, manage color accuracy, and collaborate with production and design teams to resolve issues, ensuring high-quality, production-ready artwork. The role requires Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency, strong detail orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Digital Artwork Preparation: Prepare, adjust, and finalize accurate and production-ready color separations using spot color, process color, and simulated process techniques for screen printing.
• Color Management: Apply advanced color theory to adjust color balances and ensure consistent, accurate color.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production managers, screen technicians, and ink associates to review artwork and resolve technical issues.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks to ensure all separations meet strict quality standards and production specifications.
• Experience with Adobe Suite, primarily Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Global Home Office our team has access to an Innovation Design Center that houses a range of screen printing, embroidery, and wash machines and tools. In our Innovation Design Center our teams can create and produce screen printer apparel for our portfolio of brands.
