  • Develop and evolve an overarching 3–5 year TruIQ strategy and execution plan, connecting product, market, technology, AI and business priorities into a cohesive global direction.
  • Lead strategic planning for international expansion, evaluating where TruIQ should expand, sequencing market opportunities and identifying the capabilities, investments and actions required to enter new markets successfully.

  • Own and coordinate strategic planning activities, including growth assumptions, revenue outlooks, investment requirements, business cases and prioritization of strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze product performance, customer needs, market trends, competitive activity and technology developments to identify growth opportunities, risks and strategic actions.
  • Drive alignment across a highly matrixed, global organization, influencing senior stakeholders with different priorities and perspectives to create a shared understanding of TruIQ’s strategy and execution roadmap.
  • Partner with TruIQ leaders to identify portfolio expansion opportunities while helping establish the structure and strategic discipline needed to support continued global growth.

  • Demonstrated experience developing multi‑year business or product strategies and translating strategic objectives into clear priorities, roadmaps and execution plans for complex technology, data, analytics or software businesses.
  • Experience working within a product organization, with a strong understanding of product strategy, portfolio management and the product development lifecycle sufficient to partner effectively with product and technology leaders.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives within a highly matrixed and/or global organization, influencing senior stakeholders across functions, markets and geographies.
  • Exceptional executive communication, reporting and storytelling skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information, develop compelling recommendations and create a consistent strategic narrative for senior executive audiences.
Required Technical Skills
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including experience developing revenue forecasts, investment cases, business cases, scenario analyses and strategic recommendations.
