Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for GSO Studio Enablement in the United States. You will drive strategy, execution, and organizational alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

You will shape initiatives across Global Service Operations and Studio IT, with a focus on governance, metrics, and scalable operations. This is a high‑impact, executive‑facing role requiring strong communication and leadership across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in large-scale software environments.
• Proven track record leading global, matrixed programs and aligning execution to business strategy.
• Experience with shared IT platforms, modernization, and standardization efforts.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, distributed systems, and infra ops.
• Experience using automation, telemetry, and AI capabilities to reduce manual work.
• Experience with CI/CD, engineering tooling, and developer workflows.
• Ability to influence across senior executives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into execution roadmaps across engineering, product, and operations.
• Surface cross‑organizational dependencies, risks and trade‑offs for leadership decisions.
• Partner with engineering, product, design and operations to align priorities.
• Represent GSO and Studio Enablement in enterprise forums and relate capabilities.
• Drive governance, reporting, and predictable execution for priority initiatives.
• Define success metrics and KPIs; produce data‑driven insights for leaders.
• Establish operating frameworks to improve agility across stakeholders.
• Advise teams on org design, roles and processes for growth.
• Champion Agile, SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management practices.
