Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, architecture, or related roles.
• Proven experience influencing Director/VP-level stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong technical depth and the ability to engage credibly with senior engineers and architects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly with executive audiences.
• Demonstrated success driving complex, multi-domain initiatives with significant dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Leadership to unblock program teams and guide delivery across a broad and complex program portfolio.
• Connect the dots across various programs to simplify the “why, what, and how” for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Influence prioritization and tradeoff discussions across Product and Engineering leaders to ensure high-impact work.
• Leverage AI tools and data insights to streamline program operations and accelerate execution velocity.
• Lead cross-team dependency forums across engineering domains to drive horizontal alignment.
• Define and implement program frameworks and operating cadences to ensure velocity and ease.
