## Principal TPM Release & Change LeadApply: Secaucus, NJ: Full time: Posted Today: R-105328**About the Role**The Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) – FW/BMC/BIOS Release & Change Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end firmware release planning, change management, and cross-functional program execution across complex hardware platforms. This role serves as the central point of coordination between engineering, firmware, BIOS, BMC, validation, hardware, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure all development activities remain aligned throughout the product lifecycle.The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in system firmware and platform architecture with exceptional program management skills to manage release readiness, change control processes, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
