Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager for Autonomy Platform Capabilities.

You will align architectural domains, drive platform strategy, and manage foundational infrastructure to enable scalable autonomous solutions. Collaborate across Architecture, System Engineering, Platform Engineering, Data, Safety, Deployment and Infrastructure teams to accelerate adoption and reduce complexity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of product strategy, roadmap management, prioritization, requirements management, backlog development, and product lifecycle practices.
• Ability to manage autonomous platform and infrastructure products that enable multiple business and technical domains.
• Experience aligning architecture and infrastructure investments to deliver long-term business value.

Responsibilities

• Define acceptance criteria for platform capabilities and infrastructure investments.
• Coordinate across Technical Product Managers to leverage common architectures and platforms.
• Define and communicate long-term architectural vision and roadmap for autonomy platform.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and scalability objectives.
• Maintain architectural roadmaps that support growth, interoperability, security, and efficiency.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and technical debt across domains.
• Prioritize decisions balancing business value and technical complexity.
• Ensure integration through common interfaces and standards.
• Provide visibility into platform adoption and infrastructure readiness.
• Collaborate with Data, Safety, Deployment, and Infrastructure teams for reliability and security.
