Job summary

Amazon’s AAIS team seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to own the lifecycle of highly complex cross-organizational programs. You will lead multiple concurrent workstreams spanning architecture modernization, agentic AI integration, capacity intelligence, and new product incubation.

You’ll stitch narratives for executives, identify and mitigate risk, and influence design decisions across service teams to translate science into production impact.

Evaluate capacity plans, scaling signals, and architecture trade offs with confidence.

We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to own the lifecycle of the most complex, cross organizational programs driving this transformation.

You will manage multiple concurrent workstreams spanning capacity intelligence, architecture modernization, agentic AI integration, persona driven workspace experiences, and new product incubation, stitching together a coherent narrative for executive leadership while proactively identifying and mitigating risk across every dimension.

This is not a role for someone who waits for problems to surface. You will operate at the intersection of deep technical understanding, methodical program execution, and executive influence, driving clarity where ambiguity exists, building mechanisms that scale cross functionally, and establishing trust with VPs and SVPs across AWS and AAIS leadership.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
