Job summary

Envision Innovative Solutions in Columbia, Maryland seeks a Principal Test Engineer to lead evaluation planning and testing for national security programs. This onsite role requires a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and a strong background in test and evaluation across DoD-like systems.

The candidate will develop plans, coordinate with SE teams, manage resources, and ensure QA of test processes and products, while contributing to technical direction and program success.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years' experience as a Test Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor' s degree.
• Security Clearance: Current/Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes system requirements and concepts to develop evaluation and test plans, procedures, data collection, analysis, and reports.
• Supports development of Government T&E documentation (Strategy, Master Plan, Event Plans, T&E Reports) and collaborates with other test organizations.
• Reviews acquisition approaches to align T&E schedules with decision maker needs.
• Plans program and event-level testing to collect data for analysis and to synchronize T&E events with decision points.
• Establishes and uses Data & Configuration Management capabilities.
• Supports Data Authentication group functions and adheres to Discrepancy Reporting criteria.
