Job summary

RTX, based in the United States, is seeking a Production Test Engineer for on-site work in Andover, MA. The role focuses on developing and sustaining automated and manual production test solutions for SAW filter products used in defense and aerospace applications.

The Production Test Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining automated and manual production test solutions for Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filter products used in defense and aerospace applications. This role supports manufacturing operations through test system development, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, yield improvement, process optimization, and production support. The engineer collaborates closely with design, process, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure product performance, manufacturability, and compliance with customer and industry requirements.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
