  • Maintain accurate records and recruiting workflow within ATS platforms such as Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, or similar systems.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market conditions, and competitive intelligence related to CONUS and OCONUS technical trades.
  • Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, candidate experience, and sourcing strategies for overseas staffing.

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience, associate degree with 10+ years of experience, or High School Diploma with 12+ years of experience.

  • Proficiency with major ATS platforms (e.g., Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, Bullhorn).
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills with technical leadership, program teams, and OCONUS deployment stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze staffing trends, anticipate challenges, and recommend strategic solutions for hard‑to‑fill and overseas roles.
Preferred Qualifications
