To help us do this, we’re looking for a mission‑driven and passionate Principal Recruiter to partner with our CEO and take ownership of our sourcing strategy and recruiting engine. About you

• 5+ years in technology recruiting, ideally within AI
• You’re the same kind of person that you’ll be looking for: you’re deeply passionate about your work and possess an unusually strong work ethic.
• You have an effective approach to sourcing past simple boolean searches on LinkedIn. (What’s one thing you do differently from other recruiters?)
• You’re execution‑focused and obsessed with making the details great.
• You’re a great written and verbal communicator.
