Ladders is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - Voice AI to lead cross-functional delivery of AI-enabled voice capabilities. The role focuses on aligning technical delivery, platform metrics, and customer outcomes while partnering with product and engineering to move programs from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate has extensive AI/ML program management experience in fast-moving, technical environments and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience, particularly in AI/ML research and platforms.
• Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and speech models, with knowledge of MLOps and data platforms.
• Proven ability to define and implement metrics frameworks (KPIs, OKRs) for technology platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in AI performance metrics and real-time video processing.
• Demonstrated leadership at a Principal level, influencing senior leaders and driving consensus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI features in voice AI, ensuring value for customers.
• Establish and measure the link between AI model performance and customer outcomes.
• Integrate AI/ML into the software development lifecycle, tracking adoption and best practices.
• Design and maintain an executive-facing dashboard for AI impact and development metrics.
• Communicate core AI metrics and strategic initiatives to partner product teams.
• Manage emergent strategic initiatives, providing program management for critical projects.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - Voice AI to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will drive cross-functional execution for AI-enabled voice capabilities, with a strong emphasis on aligning technical delivery, platform metrics, and customer outcomes. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to guide strategic initiatives and ensure programs move from concept through execution with discipline. The ideal candidate brings deep technical program management experience in AI/ML environments and the ability to influence senior leaders in a fast-moving, highly technical setting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually
