Oracle Government Defense & Intelligence seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational technical programs supporting sovereign and government cloud capabilities.

This role aligns engineering, operations, product, security, and stakeholders around priorities, plans, risks, milestones, and outcomes, driving results across ambiguous initiatives.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship with active US Government security clearance, TS/SCI with Poly, at hire.
  • 11 years of experience as a Program Manager leading large technical programs, development or implementation projects, or complex cross-functional programs from conception to delivery; or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7 years of such experience; or master's degree and 5 years; or doctorate and 3 years.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership, cross-functional program leadership, roadmap management, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience managing program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resourcing, reporting, and executive communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across engineering and business teams to deliver complex technical outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
