We are seeking a seasoned, business-minded Technical Architect to join our PACE Solution Engineering organization at the convergence of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (Data360), and Agentforce. This role blends deep technical product expertise with solution selling, serving as a trusted advisor and expert architect across complex, high-value customer engagements. This is not just a technical role - it's a business ownership role. The ideal candidate operates as a seasoned pre‑sales professional who commands the room with customers, translates sophisticated marketing and data challenges into compelling solution architectures, and drives technical wins that create real pipeline and revenue impact. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of modern data management, AI, and marketing technology — helping customers understand how a unified data foundation enables both intelligent automation and agentic marketing experiences. You will partner with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, and cross‑functional stakeholders in a team‑of‑teams model, acting as a force multiplier across the entire PACE OU.

The typical base salary range for this position is $173,460 - $231,980 annually. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $190,750 - $225,150 per year. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
