This role will be based in either New York, Chicago, Sunnyvale, or San Francisco.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the technical success of a portfolio ofLarge, globaland enterprisecustomers by driving successfultechnicalstrategy,integrationadoption,optimization,and value realizationof LinkedInTalent Solutions (LTS). You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with customer stakeholders and internalaccountteams to proactivelymanage andmitigate risks, and scalecustomeruse ofLinkedIn productsand services.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a segmentationofLinkedIn’s largestcustomers.
Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
Provide guidance on integrations, architecture, and best practices (APIs, SSO, data flows).
Translate business requirements into technical recommendations and solution designs.
Own the technical delivery across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, optimization).
Conduct technical health checks and identifyadoption or performance risks.
Act as an escalationpoint for complex technical issues and coordinate resolution.
Analyze usage data to drive adoption and improve outcomes.
Partner cross-functionallywith Sales, CSM, Product and Engineering teams.
Provide structured product feedback and advocate for customer needs.
6+years' experiencein Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical ProjectManagementor similar roles.
Experience working with SaaS or cloud platformsandimplementing agenticsolutions.
Ability toidentifychurn risks and provide proactive retention strategy for customersin a givenbook of accounts
2+years' experiencewith enterprise integrations (APIs, SSO, data systems).
2+years' experiencesupporting enterprise customers
Ability to manage customer relationships independently.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Strong understanding of system integrations and architecture.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $117,000 - $190,000.Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
