Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Woburn, MA, is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer, XBR Product Owner, to lead task planning, milestones, and prioritization on the XBR program onsite. You will coordinate with XBR SW and SE teams, document requirements, and drive a roadmap for delivery.

You will participate in PI planning within a scaled Agile framework, and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product vision and schedule commitments.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in systems technology including analysis, requirements, or development.
  • Experience in an Agile environment or Agile projects.

The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer, XBR Product Owner (PO) to work onsite in Woburn, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of a subset of Systems Engineering (SE) scope for the XBR program. This includes task planning, milestone and schedule creation, and managing competing priorities. Typical activities include algorithm and requirements development, testing, analysis, software development/integration support, and customer presentations. The successful candidate will focus on building team capabilities while working collaboratively with internal and external customers.

Qualifications
You Must Have
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in systems technology, including systems analysis, requirements, and/or technical development.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on Agile development projects.
We Prefer
  • Familiarity with radar capability domains such as Discrimination and Classification, Tracking, Electronic Protection, or Signal Processing development.
  • Proficiency in engineering tools such as MATLAB.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
What We Offer
  • The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
