Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical, Optical, Physics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in systems engineering, architecture, or multidisciplinary product development.
• Ability to translate requirements into engineering specifications and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews, requirements definition, and design reviews.
• Translate customer requirements into clear engineering specs and product recommendations.
• Develop Python/MATLAB tools to automate analyses and support trade studies.
• Collaborate across optical, electrical, thermal, mechanical, and reliability teams.
• Communicate technical insights to customers, internal stakeholders, and executives.
