Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer for the Next Gen Avionics group. The role focuses on system-level authority, platform architecture ownership, and integration/verification strategy across the Anthem cockpit platform.

The NGA team develops advanced avionics and integrated flight deck systems for a wide range of aircraft, with extensive reach in commercial, defense and space applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • More than 12 years of systems engineering experience.
  • Platform architecture ownership experience (valued).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as system-level technical authority.
  • Own platform architectures and standards.
  • Lead integration and V&V strategy.
  • Influence roadmap and technology decisions.
  • Mentor senior engineers.

Education
