We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Systems Engineer Mission Management (MM) Flight Dynamics Component Chief where your knowledge of spacecraft dynamics as well as your leadership abilities will be put to good use. In this role you will help define the program implementation plan and provide technical direction to a cross functional organization of systems software and platform engineers. You will be responsible for the technical follow through of the program in your respective area including providing technical direction and clarification of requirements to software development teams & test personnel perform system engineering analyses including trade studies algorithm development requirements definition and derivation interface definition and requirement validation and verification. You will also support Systems Engineers defining operations concepts and procedure planning / development pertaining to mission management flight dynamics as well as interface with personnel from other organizations and represent the program at technical interchange meetings. The work is onsite in Aurora CO.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
