Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer - Mission Management (MM) Product Manager to lead product roadmaps, backlog grooming, and stakeholder collaboration. The role involves defining product vision, aligning strategies, and validating features through user feedback. Work is onsite in Aurora, CO.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as a Product Manager within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring successful program increment (PI) execution.
2. Coordinate with Agile teams, including Release Train Engineer and Product Owners, to deliver features.
3. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with Solution Managers' priorities.
4. Collaborate with technical leads to understand dependencies and constraints.
5. Drive Agile execution across multiple teams to meet objectives within PIs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Product Owner or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Experience managing products in Agile contexts and leading engineering teams on government contracts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required prior to start date.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex product roadmaps and backlog management.
• Certifications such as SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner and SAFe Agilist.
• Experience in software development and systems engineering lifecycle.
