Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Principal Systems Engineer to lead requirements engineering, system integration, V&V, and MBSE across ISR, aviation, and C4ISR programs. You will guide technical planning, risk management, and lifecycle oversight while mentoring senior engineers and influencing project direction.

The role requires 14+ years in systems engineering, advanced modeling skills, and the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance. Hybrid work with occasional travel is supported.

Qualifications
