RTX is seeking an Onsite Information Assurance Engineer to coordinate cybersecurity across multidisciplinary teams and serve as the technical interface with customers and leadership. The role focuses on SSE architecture, RMF controls, and DoD licensing compliance.

You will lead planning, risk mitigation, and integration of cybersecurity actions across networking devices, databases, and operating systems, while supporting bids and proposals for DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. Secret clearance required.
• Experience in SSE, reverse engineering, cybersecurity, or embedded security.
• Experience with NIST RMF.
• Experience in technical leadership.

What You Will Do

• Define security development and test efforts implementation of security controls of networking devices, databases, operating systems, and hardware and software component
• Integrate cybersecurity development activities
• Develop top-level system requirements and flow down requirements and implementation concepts to subsystem
• Understanding, and compliance with, DoD technology release and export licensing policies

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Experience in the field of System Security Engineering, computer technology reverse engineering, anti-tamper, cybersecurity, or embedded security
• Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Experience in technical leadership

Qualifications We Prefer

• Implementation and business growth of SSE implementation throughout the entire life cycle
• Experience in solutions meeting robust SSE systems security requirements
• Cyber Certifications in accordance with DoDD 8570/DoDD 8140 such as CISSP, GSLC, CEH
• Subcontractor management experience with SSE
• Broad understanding of technology and working knowledge of DODI-S-5230.28
• Strategic planning and experience with U.S. Government contract proposals as an Information Assurance Engineer subject matter expert
• Candidate must exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with coworkers, suppliers, stakeholders, and customers in a team environment
• Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to technical problems Processes, IA controls and developing and maintaining associated certification and accreditation documentation
