Job summary

Moderna is seeking a senior LabVantage LIMS expert to lead and optimize LabVantage-based solutions within the Digital Laboratory Systems organization, reporting to the Director, Digital LIMS Systems. This role drives the Quality Control digital roadmap with speed and rigor.

You will act as the senior SME for LIMS, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate LabVantage with MES, SAP, LIMS, and potentially eQMS, delivering projects on time and with high quality.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of LabVantage LIMS development experience.
  • Functional LIMS expert with GMP/GxP experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent training and relevant work experience.

The Role

The Candidae will report to and work closely with the Director, Digital LIMS Systems to ensure the implementation of new solutions and improvement of existing systems (LabVantage) for the Moderna Digital Laboratory Systems organization. This role will help shape and deliver the long-term strategic vision for the Quality Control Digital roadmap. This opportunity is unique in the pace and speed we expect and achieve.

Here’s What You’ll Do
  • Act as the senior system expert for the LIMS solution (LabVantage)

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)
  • Having 8+ years of Experience with LabVantage LIMS Development is a must
  • Worked as Functional LIMS Expert, preferably in LabVantage, expertise in GxP environment with a focus on GMP
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or equivalent training and relative work experience required

The salary range for this role is $130,800.00 - $209,400.00 (for positions that may be performed in California, the expected salary range is $162,750.00 - $187,250.00, which reflects the range permitted under California Labor Code requirements). This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
