Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Survivability Engineer – Integration Lead in Melbourne, FL to drive low observable systems across aircraft. You will manage design requirements, coordinate changes, and work with engineers from multiple disciplines to optimize integration.

The role requires advanced STEM degrees with relevant experience, active SAP/Secret clearance, and strong CAD/EM knowledge; relocation may be available and annual bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 5+ years of related engineering experience; OR a Master’s degree with 3+ years; OR a PhD with 1+ year.
• Senior Principal Engineer LV4 requires 8 years with a STEM degree; or 6 years with a Master’s; or 4 years with a PhD.
• Must have at least 3 years of requirements management and integration experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance (or higher) within last 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Develops and integrates survivability tech to reduce detectability across EM spectrum.
• Manages Survivability Product Design Requirements and coordinates changes.
• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate LO tech on aircraft.
