Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Supply Chain Analyst, Principal who will act as the strategic liaison across supply chain operations, stakeholders and leadership to lead enterprise initiatives. The role focuses on optimizing ERP and supply chain tech, analytics, dashboards and data-driven decision support across procurement, inventory, manufacturing and logistics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in government acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP and supply chain initiatives across procurement, inventory, MRP, manufacturing and MES.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations to support exec decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams through SDLC and UAT.
• Review vendor updates and ensure standardized processes Draper-wide.
• Translate business needs into technical specs, workflows and implementations.
• Support testing, training, change management, and post-implementation care.

The role is responsible for driving complex ERP and supply chain technology solutions, leading cross functional transformational projects, and providing advanced analytical and strategic support to improve operational efficiency, automation, decision making and organizational performance across procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, logistics and related supply chain functions.Job Description:Duties/ResponsibilitiesServe as the principal function and technical lead for supply chain business systems, ERP processes, reporting and enterprise-wide supply chain initiatives.Lead complex cross functional projects involving ERP enhancements, automation, systems integration, process optimization, and digital transformation efforts.Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure that requirements are well understood and that end-user needs are met.Review newly released application versions and patches delivered by software vendors for new functionality, improved features, and comparison to existing modifications.Identify interdependencies between departments, divisions, systems and processes.
