Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's with 5 years of experience; higher or additional degrees reduce required experience.
• Experience in Subcontracts, Purchasing, Contracts, Finance, Procurement or Program/Project Management.
• Experience with SAP or related business software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Owns contractual management for the supplier from proposal to execution phases.
• Coordinates with contracts, engineering, quality, supplier development and planning.
• Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.
• Negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards.
