Job summary

A leading clinical research organization is seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer to act as a subject matter expert in the analysis and reporting of clinical trial data. This remote position requires strong SAS programming skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of clinical programming standards. The ideal candidate will manage teams, ensure quality deliverables, and support strategic initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required along with proven experience in a statistical programming environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience supporting Medical Affairs and utilizing R.
  • Proven experience successfully leading teams in a statistical programming environment.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead programming teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Develop and QC SDTM, ADaM datasets and analysis outputs.
  • Mentor team members and provide training.
