Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal / Sr Principal Computer Aided Design and Modeling Engineer to join our diverse and talented engineering organization in Colorado Springs, CO in support of our National Defense as part of our radar system development programs. Join an exciting and diverse organization as we embark on solving complex and novel engineering challenges. As the CAD/CAM engineer you will support the technical engineering drawing and drafting team to develop and maintain the radar systems configuration baseline and support technical data. The successful candidate should be detailed oriented, be able to work collaboratively with multi-disciplined teams, and have a proven track record of accurately documenting and maintaining a configuration baseline.
This position can be staffed at the Principal or Sr Principal level based on the basic qualifications below.
Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
