Job summary

Strawbridge School is a therapeutic, special-education program within Everstand for students whose needs have not been met in traditional school settings. Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and MSDE certification in Special Education.
• Current MSDE Special Education certification required.
• Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.
• Minimum of three years of administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting Director of Education in absence of the principal.
• Oversee instructional programs and compliance with education policies.
• Schedule courses and create student schedules to meet graduation requirements.
• Supervise teachers and provide performance feedback and conferences.
• Coordinate programs for cohesive school operation and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
