Responsibilities

• Partner with CB Product, Operations, and BIT/Residential Platform teams to architect, design, and deliver CB Mobile features across end-to-end back-office systems.
• Serve as architectural lead for initiatives, owning solution design, boundaries, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements (scalability, resiliency, security).
• Remain hands-on with complex technical design and implementation, including critical integrations and high-risk components.
• Ensure solutions are well engineered, operable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural intent by reviewing designs and guiding code decisions.
• Define, document, and promote best practices including design patterns, platform considerations, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with BIT Technical Program Owners to ensure designs are complete and aligned from intake to delivery, minimizing re-work.
• Monitor and evaluate current and emerging tech trends (cloud, AI/ML) and apply them to deliver business value.
• Mentor engineers and architects in architectural thinking, system design, and best practices.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture strategy and participate in architecture forums.
• Apply new ideas to complex problems and contribute to IP development (patents where applicable).
• Exercise independent judgment in matters of technical and architectural significance.

• XM/CBM Mobile Design and Architecture: Experience defining and implementing back‑office solutions for mobile products such as CB Mobile, Xfinity Mobile, or other carrier platforms.
• End‑to‑End Integration: Experience solutioning complex integration requirements across multiple enterprise applications.
• Network and Connectivity: Understanding of mobile network architectures and connectivity solutions.
• Cloud Services: Experience with cloud‑native services and infrastructure.
• Security: Knowledge of mobile and platform security standards and best practices.
