Weights & Biases in Dallas is seeking a Principal Solution Specialist for AI Developer Services to drive market opportunities and initial service adoption. CoreWeave is rapidly expanding into the developer experience layer that makes AI teams productive at scale. As a Principal Solution Specialist for AI Developer Services, you open new market opportunities for CoreWeave's developer tooling and drive its initial adoption with the first customers and industries to put it to work. You feed what you learn directly into the product roadmap, and equip the wider sales and solution architecture teams to articulate the value of these services to new audiences.
The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
