JOB TITLE: Principal Solution Architecture

JOB LOCATION: 2900 W. Plano Pkwy., Plano, TX 75075

DUTIES:

Lead the creation and execution of the architecture vision and roadmaps for both existing and modernized platforms. Collaborate with business partners, technology partners, and other solution architects to align technical strategies with AT&T’s business goals. Define the components and interactions of the End-to-End Integrated Architecture. Engage with customers, stakeholders, and development teams to outline high-level solutions. Determine primary components and subsystems, analyze technical trade-offs, and define interfaces and collaborations. Establish and maintain a shared technical and architectural vision to ensure technical alignment across the full solution. Work with portfolio stakeholders, enterprise architects, system engineers, and development teams to align architectural direction. Develop an incremental implementation strategy and technical foundation for the architectural runway. Promote the use of common technology, design practices, and infrastructure to ensure consistency and facilitate reuse. Provide solutions for Sales and Service capabilities, with a strong understanding of Salesforce C360, Sales, Service, Marketing, and CRM functions. Lead and influence cross-functional teams. Apply experience with cloud and SaaS integrations. Perform cloud and SaaS integrations with Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, or Electronic Engineering and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation leading and influencing cross-functional teams; applying experience with cloud and SaaS integrations; determining primary components and subsystems, analyzing technical trade-offs, and defining interfaces and collaborations; leading the creation and execution of the architecture vision and roadmaps for both existing and modernized platforms; performing cloud and SaaS integrations with Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.
