Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for strategic initiatives. You will define architecture, ensure availability and security, and align work with a long-term technology roadmap.

You’ll work with Agile squads, SMEs, and IT partners to deliver scalable platforms and robust APIs. The role requires deep cloud and integration expertise across SaaS/IaaS/PaaS and on-premise systems, with a strong emphasis on governance and architectural

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology and Management, or a related field.
7 years of experience in solution architecture or a related field.
Experience designing, building, and implementing solutions on AWS Cloud Platform.
Experience with batch integrations and API integrations (SOAP, XML, REST, GraphQL).
Experience with SaaS, IaaS, PaaS and on-premise deployment models.

Responsibilities

Provide direction, guidance, definition, evaluation, and facilitation for the development of current and future architecture.
Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for critical initiatives.
Design for availability, resiliency, security, and privacy.
Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders to align with strategic roadmaps.
Lead technology teams with Agile squads to deliver benefits using platforms.
Coordinate with SMEs, engineers, architects, and other roles for architecture analysis.
Present designs to ARB and advise on disruptive technologies.
Ensure platform delivery aligns with long-term enterprise goals.
