LPL Financial is seeking a Solution Architect to provide technical and strategic leadership across the ClientWorks advisor platform. In Fort Mill, SC, you will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Product, Security Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations to define architectural strategies that enable secure, scalable, and compliant delivery of advisor and client‑facing capabilities.

Provide technical and strategic leadership across the ClientWorks advisor platform, driving the evolution of LPL’s integrated technology ecosystem. The Solution Architect partners with senior leaders in Enterprise Architecture, Product, Security Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations to define and implement architectural strategies that enable secure, scalable, and efficient delivery of advisor and client‑facing capabilities. This role requires hands‑on expertise in cloud‑native architecture, front‑end and mobile frameworks, API design, data integration, and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on user experience, operational resilience, and business value. The architect will lead or support initiatives spanning ClientWorks Essentials, Mobile, Compass, Householding, and Design System modernization, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable impact. This individual must be comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively, mentoring others, and driving adoption of modern architecture practices across a hybrid enterprise environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
$155,942.00 – $259,869.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
