Job summary

Genpact LLC is leading an initiative to scale AI-driven solutions across enterprises. The Principal Solution Architect will define architecture standards and establish secure engineering practices across multiple teams, ensuring quality and scalability of GenAI platforms.

The role requires deep GenAI system design expertise, influential leadership, and the ability to drive technical decisions without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with org-wide technical leadership.
• Experience defining architecture standards and technical strategy across multiple teams.
• Experience establishing engineering-wide standards for security, testing, and operational excellence.
• Deep expertise in GenAI/LLM system design, including safety and evaluation.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.

Responsibilities
