Job Summary

A Principal Software Engineer for ReactJS is an associate at Creative Chaos who is mainly responsible for developing server applications of various software platforms, including but not limited to writing RESTful APIs to be consumed by client applications. A principal software engineer ensures that the functionality, security, and performance of the server application meet the design and are completely bug‑free. Principal engineers also lead a team of engineers and mentor team members through continuous training and guidance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum eight (8) years of related experience in the professional industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript technologies.
• Knowledge and experience of developing user interfaces with HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge and experience of developing applications with ReactJS, Redux, and Context.
• Knowledge of design systems such as Material‑UI or Atomize, etc.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and security compliances.
• Experience with writing unit tests and ensuring a minimum 90% coverage.
• Knowledge of and experience with GitHub, JIRA, and other collaboration tools.
• Basic understanding of back‑end technologies.
