Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM is required.
• 8+ years of C++ development experience.
• OMS software architecture and development experience.
• Middleware and data distribution (DDS, pub/sub).
• Service-oriented and event-driven software design.
• Interface definition, ICD development, and data modeling.
• Mission-level simulation and integration testing.
• Ability to work onsite 100% and travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and test OMS software components.
• Contribute to avionics architecture and interoperability.
• Collaborate across multi-site teams on defense programs.
• Support government security investigations and eligibility.
• Maintain rigorous software development lifecycle practices.
