Qualifications

• Top Secret w/ Full Scope Poly clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline, or five years of additional software engineering experience in lieu of degree.
• 20+ years of experience as a software engineer in similar programs and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document test results.
• Resolves software problem reports.
• Utilize appropriate software development methodologies for the environment.
• Provide input on system design including trade-offs and requirements analysis.
• Recommend new technologies and processes for complex software projects.
• Serve as technical lead of multiple software development teams.
• Select software development processes in coordination with customer and systems engineering.
• Ensure quality control of all software developed or modified.
• Delegate programming and testing to teams and monitor performance.
