Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads AI innovation initiatives by identifying opportunities to integrate AI into existing and new products.
• Drives the adoption of best practices in software development and AI integration, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and efficiency are maintained across all projects.
• Explores and develop strategies for the implementation of cutting-edge technologies across the organization, ensuring they align with the firm's long-term objective.
• Advises cross-functional teams on technological matters within your domain of expertise.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Expert in Java programming language
• Strong skillset in AI
• Advanced knowledge of software application development and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
• Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex technology problems in one or more technical disciplines
• Experience within cloud technologies
• Ability to present and effectively communicate with Senior Leaders and Executives
• Understanding of the business
