Photon is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to design, build, and scale an AI-driven Digital Financial Guidance Platform for enterprise customers. You will own full-stack development, drive architectural decisions, and deliver secure, scalable digital experiences.

You will collaborate with Product, UX, Data, AI, and Engineering teams to operationalize Generative AI and LLM-powered features while maintaining reliability and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience delivering an AI-driven Digital Financial Guidance Platform or similar.
• Experience building large-scale, enterprise-grade software.
• Strong full-stack engineering capabilities.

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer to design, build, and scale a modern AI-driven Digital Financial Guidance Platform that delivers personalized financial experiences to customers at enterprise scale.

This is a hands-on, full-stack engineering role for a senior individual contributor who enjoys building customer-facing products, solving complex technical challenges, and working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product, UX, Data, AI, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact digital solutions.

A mandatory requirement for this role is hands-on experience building and delivering an AI-driven Digital Financial Guidance Platform, Digital Financial Coach, Wealth Management Platform, Investment Advisory Solution, or similar financial services application leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, production-ready software across the full technology stack.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications serving large customer populations.
• Develop modern, responsive, and accessible front-end user experiences.
• Design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and microservices.

AI-Powered Digital Experiences

• Develop and enhance AI-powered customer experiences using Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Integrate AI services, recommendation engines, conversational AI, and intelligent digital guidance capabilities into applications.
• Collaborate with AI and Data Science teams to operationalize AI solutions within customer-facing platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI models into enterprise applications while maintaining security and reliability.
