Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with at least 10 years of experience, or 12 years total with substitutions.
- Demonstrated excellence in direct customer engagement and translating feedback into engineering requirements.
- Experience with geospatial software development and concepts (e.g., Rasterio, Fiona, Shapely, OpenLayers, GDAL).
- Proficiency in Python and modern SOC software workflows.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the bridge between end users and the core product development team, driving integration with the customer.
- Deliver rapid software remediations and technical solutions on the front lines of customer engagements.
- Translate operational feedback into actionable engineering requirements to shape the product roadmap and quality.
