DataCore Technologies in San Bernardino, CA seeks a Principal Software Engineer to own features end to end—from architecture through deployment and monitoring. The role offers $165,000–$240,000, premium healthcare, and a generous home-office allowance for our distributed team.

You will mentor teammates, design and maintain backend services using Swift and Jest, and scale data pipelines processing millions of events.

Formación

• Strong working knowledge of Swift and Jest.
• Solid foundation in C# with 10+ years of experience.
• Ability to mentor or support principal teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end to end from architecture through deployment and monitoring.
• Reproduce and fix mission-driven bugs from field reports.
• Pair with technology analysts to align Cultural Awareness models with real behavior.
• Own the Swift subsystem and design, build, and maintain backend services.
• Hunt latency spikes and optimize performance across data pipelines.
• Lead the Attention Management workstream for the San Bernardino roadmap.
• Document the Jest system to accelerate onboarding for future engineers.
• Scale data pipelines processing millions of events with Jest.
