Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions at an enterprise level.
• Proficiency with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance software systems and applications.
• Drive full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and system vulnerabilities.
