Outmarket AI is seeking a Principal Engineer to set the technical direction for our AI-native insurance platform. You will own architecture and strategy, and act as a force multiplier across AI, data, infrastructure, and product teams.

You will collaborate directly with founders, shape long-term technical vision, and mentor engineers, all while maintaining a remote-first, fast-moving culture that ships rapidly.
