Job summary

Infios is seeking a customer technical support specialist to help users troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows OS, databases, and logistics platforms.

You will work with cross-functional teams, handle tickets, and prioritize tasks while delivering quality service. English and/or Spanish are preferred; knowledge of logistics systems (WMS) and programming concepts is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer technical support
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (from the 3rd semester) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of databases
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts
• Analytical and communicative profile, focused on problem-solving
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage them independently
• Basic knowledge of programming logic
• English and/or Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of logistics systems (WMS)
• Experience with programming concepts/languages
• Experience with operating systems and computer networks
• Experience with supply chain management solutions
• Experience with Körber One platform and K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications
