  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies.
  • Produce clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Lead engineering efforts across backend and frontend teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to define roadmaps, improve workflows, and maintain quality.
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Guide engineers at all levels, from junior to senior, providing mentorship and technical leadership.
  • Conduct architecture and design reviews, promote clean code practices, and encourage continuous learning.
  • Cultivate a culture of engineering excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

UI Framework Expertise

  • Oversee the development of user interfaces using Angular and/or React based on project requirements.
  • Ensure UI components are responsive, accessible, and user-friendly.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for frontend performance, testing, and architecture.

Unit Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Collaborate with QA to integrate unit, integration, and E2E testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Drive improvements in test reliability, automation, and maintainability.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical plans.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to agile ceremonies, helping shape architecture and resource planning decisions.
  • Own the technical roadmap and ensure long-term scalability of the platform.
  • Identify opportunities for system modernization, refactoring, and optimization.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Expert-level skills in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, etc.).
  • Proficient with Angular and/or React and modern frontend best practices.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary software teams in complex environments.
