Aspen Technology, Inc. is seeking a Developer to join their Enterprise Operations Platform team in the Town of Medina, WI. This role focuses on delivering next-generation industrial software solutions that integrate cutting-edge cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of reliable software, alongside a strong ability in Agile methodologies and project management.

The role is for a talented and experienced Developer to join our Enterprise Operations Platform (EOP) organization. You will be part of an Agile development team responsible for delivering next‑generation industrial software solutions that provide a software‑defined, data‑centric platform for automation across our customer base. Your work will focus on industrial edge‑connectivity, distributed computing, and high‑performance data services that securely move and manage massive volumes of information from the plant floor to the cloud.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; 8–12 years of related experience OR an advanced degree with less experience.

Salary range: $127,000.00 – $158,700.00. The range represents a base compensation range. The role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additional benefits include paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
