Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for software products, IR&D projects, and innovation initiatives. The role emphasizes leading development teams, setting architecture standards, guiding AI/ML, cloud, and digital transformation, and mentoring engineers while supporting hiring and workforce

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading software development teams or engineering organizations.
• Expertise architecting complex cloud-based and distributed software systems.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
• Experience with database technologies.

Required Qualifications

Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 15+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience leading software development teams or engineering organizations
• Expertise architecting complex cloud-based and distributed software systems
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps methodologies
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies
• Experience with database technologies

Desired Qualifications

• Experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
• Startup company experience
• AWS and AWS GovCloud expertise
• Kubernetes experience
• Knowledge of FedRAMP and NIST frameworks
• Active Secret security clearance
• Experience supporting DoD or federal government customers
