Job summary

You will lead design and delivery of modern software, define architecture standards, guide AI/ML, cloud, and digital transformation efforts, mentor engineers, and partner with leadership to shape roadmaps and strategy.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading software development teams or engineering organizations.
• Expertise architecting complex cloud-based and distributed software systems.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
• Experience with database technologies.

Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for software products, IR&D projects, and innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

15+ years of software engineering experience
Experience leading software development teams or engineering organizations
Expertise architecting complex cloud-based and distributed software systems

Experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Startup company experience
